So the saga continues

Yet again the saga of vodacom opening a contract on my name continues,

As per the most fantastic reply by KIM THORTON the regional office wants to sort out the they caused by inconveniencing me and wanting me to go to a vodashop,
So on my Given days rest here off I go to vodashop kollonade, stand in a que for 37 min, explain to the consultant as to what must be done being another 47 min, he gets onto the phone and I have to explain AGAIN to some call centre agent, only to be told that I need to bring my son with and that he needs to bring his ID, bank statement, proof of residence as it will be like a new contract! He is in Cape Town and me in PTA! VODACOM DOESN'T KNOW THERE FROM THEIR FACES AND LIKES TO THE CONSUMER AROUND,

NOW SEEING I WAS INCONVIENCED I SHALL NOT WASTE MY TIME ANY FURTHER AND HAVE REFRERED THE MATTER TO THE CONSUMER COUNCIL, ICASA AND OMBUDSMAN BECAUSE THIS IS PATHETIC AND UTTERLY RIDUCULOUS,

YET VODACOM HAS NOT TAKEN RESPONSIBILITY NOR APOLOGISED ONCE!

Consumers be warned of vodacom! Most frustrating experience of my life! Telkom is better than these bunch of monkeys!
