Got a blackberry which is not even a year old yet
the phone is faulty, so bad
call the service centre to find out how long to repair and they tell me that it could take up to 14 weeks
they dont even give you a load phone to use
if your goods are faulty after 8 months then whats the point in selling it
im really upset that it could take so long and the fact that you guys dont help your customers efficently, u guys sold me a messed up phone you should take responsibilty to insure that i am not inconviniced but i guess you guys dont care, i need my phone in working order for my job purposes and i pay you guys a lot of money on a monthly basis to not have a phone, im really disgusted and will never ever use you guys again!
