I have been a contract customer with you since 1995. Since then till now i have had my number disconnected or should i say completely taken off your network with no warning, took you guys a few days to sort that out??? i have had money like thousands deducted from my account from you, took you more than a week to repay it??? the service i get from your staff at various vodashop branches are good. Now u geniuses come up with charging me for BBM??? and speaking to your consultants at various vodashops its become evident that many people are leaving your network. well i will be next on that list come end of September. thanks for the years of mishaps from your side and lets see how we the public can lite up the social networks about your greed for more money from loyal customers. i did recommend you guys to many of my friends, that comes to an end from today. word of mouth is very powerful, but you guys dont think that. your promos are more confusing than you think. ONE QUESTION FROM MYSIDE, WHO COMES UP WITH THESE WONDERFUL PROMOS, HAVE HIM OR HER HAVE THERE HEAD CHECKED, even your vodashop staff thinks its a bunch of . bye bye vodacom
