I bought Franchise business from Bytes Smart Solutions on the 21 December 2013. I deposited the money to their account and later I was told the company closed on the 20th December 2013. I then decided not to continue with this business and I sent an email to lady named Nelly who promised me that she will help me to get my money back. To my surprise, when I contacted their office on the 06 January 2014, a lady at their reception told me that they don't do refunds and I tried to indicate to her that the Franchise was not yet activated from their side but she insisted that they will not give me my money back. When I requested to speak to the MD of the company I was told that the MD does not talk to anybody. People please be careful with this company because I just reported them to KZN and Gauteng Provincial Consumer Affairs and I will be reporting them to Radio 702 and other newspapers.
