IMCOMPETANT FOOLS!!

Mum bought a Fone at CNA for my brother. A Lumia 800. Was bought on the 19th September 2013. Phone was taken into CNA 05th December 2013 because there was no sound when making calls or playing music. Only worked when using the headphones and the Fully charged phone dies after 2 Hours without being used. so the phone was taken in on 5th december and my mother was advised they will get the Phone back in 48hours. mum and brother went in on 28th December 2013 to go find out is going on only to be told that its festive season etc etc etc. Today, 30th December 2013, CNA now calls to say Vodacom Returned the phone UNREPAIRED!!! claiming its not their phone to fix. Now we need to understand WTH is going on!!! to Vodacom, I expect a reply from you ASAP and not offering to fix the phone but to replace it!! anything less than that we will be Putting you in the paper. Expect a Response from you regarding this. My brother leaves in 2 days for overseas and he needs a WORKING phone. Replace it. ITS BEEN LONG AND INCONVENIENCING ENOUGH!!!.. PISSSED OFF Clients
