NO SERVICE!!!

My cell phone upgrade was due 15 December 2013. Afrizon Telecommuncations used this information to their benefit and had a Samsung Galaxy Chat delivered to my house on 25/11/2013 - to my regret. According to my first conversation with Johannes Masile it was suppose to be a Samsung Galaxy S3. I immediately cancelled this order (28/11/2013) - they said the phone would be collected within 12 to 14 working days. I included all the public holidays and counted the 14 working days - it should have been collected on 19 December 2013. Upon each phone call they promise to collect the phone on FRIDAY - which Friday - I really don't know!!! But in the mean time my Vodacom bill was debited with the "new" contract!!! Which will be credited on collection of the phone (according to the call centre) - This is very bad service and since they are part of Vodacom, I feel that they are giving them (Vodacom) also a very bad name!!! I've been phoning (again) the whole day today and there is just no answe
