Excessive Usage Adjustment What???

IT seems all i do lately on hellopeter is complain about virgin Mobile, but its because the last 2-3 years their service has become progressively worse

my monthly bill has been constant -R500 per month, some time over some time under but only by R50.

This month my bill suddenly jumped to R725. After checking the statement i received i see that Virgin Mobile decided to bill me for... listen to this... "Excessive Usage Adjustment"

I phoned the call centre and after holding on for ages, was told by Mafalta Nlamini that she will immedieately send me and email to explain exactly what this was for. no suprise as per usual have to come to Hellopeter to get response from them.

BEFORE VM PHONES ME TODAY i want the following info prepared first

1. how come i have a R500 average and now there is suddenly an extra R200 on my bill

2. Show me a detailed bill report to show what exactly the cost was for i.e. phone calls, sms, internet etc. that i was suppose to do extra this month

DONT PHONE ME UNTIL YOU HAVE THIS INFO BEFORE YOU AND ABLE TO EMAIL IT TO ME!
