Overcharged, nad billing department was very rude

I upgraded my contract in July, and was advised to pay the balance of cost for the handset, and thereafter all other costs would be pro rata My average bill is R500, however this month the debit order was R1467.17 on 01 October, and neither did I receive a statement or sms to advise this deduction would be made.

WHen I queried this, the lady advised that they used my handset amount against some of my July bill. and therefore no debit order was deducted. Firstly, V Mobile cannot allocate their payments correctly, I was also charged excessive usage yet I have a 300mb cap, which was not even exceeded for that month!
Then in my october bill inv 201308142903, it clearly shows 2 bill amounts of R347 and R358, and another debit adjustment for the handset (which i paid previously) and additional usage charge for August of R232 yet I do not use this phone much as I have a company phone!
Lastly the latest statement (after i requested it) reflected R1355 as outstanding and VM debited me R110 more! I want this adjustment refunded as well as the usage foir August, as I did not exceed my limit (the bill reflects this proof) Lerato from your centre was very rude.
