On the 26th of August, MTN made deductions from my account to the amount of R1415.71. Having had a contract with Autopage for a modem, which I cancelled after the contract had lapsed/expired, I thought the deduction may have been for data I may have used outside my contract. I ignored the incident. 23 September 2013, MTN makes a deduction of R1000.00 to my accounts, i tried calling numbers, no luck. 25 October 2013, MTN deducts R964.99, the next day I wen to the bank, informed them to reverse this transaction, which they did. I then tried to get the details of the people making this deduction on behalf of MTN, I was told it is Standard Corp and Merchant Bank and I was given a number which i called. they were kind enough to give me MORE MTN contact numbers which i called with no avail. 25 November, MTN deducts R1941, 38. The numbers i have tried calling, beep and no one answers. I am sick of this, I want my money back, I will be posting this on consumer watch as well.
My hard earned cash,!!! I want my money back
