I have talked to Virgin Mobile call centre many times, trying to sort this out. It is still not sorted. Firstly they are unable to automate sending out the monthly bill via email, the bill never appears. I have to phone in every month and they send it to my email address which works! Why can this not be automated?
Secondly, because of this problem getting the bill emailed, I setup online bill viewing. Whilst this worked in the beginning (about 1 year ago), it no longer works. When I try to logon from a workstation to the "Log In to view My Bill" via the Internet, I can enter my phone no. and password, but I then get presented with "HTTP 404 Page not found". I have been put through to the technical section to diagnose the problem, but no resolution has been forthcoming.
I don't want to have to phone each month, and go through the rigmarole with the call centre, to get my bill. Please sort out these problems
