I have 24 year contract with Virgin Mobile. My issue is for the past two months my account has increased tremendously and when I do follow up I was told is excessive usage. To my surprise officials at Polokwane can't explain what the excessive usage is for. For the past months, I have been requesting detailed monthly statement to reconcile the excessive usage is not forthcoming. Secondly I've requested virgin mobile to block my account the moment it reaches call limit of R 200.00 and they refused. Lastly I'm told there I'm stuck with them until the contract expires. Do I really have to pay charges that I can't really quantify?
