Still incorrect billing

I have received my bill and after having numerous issues to terminate my contract I see that even in the final bill there are issues. I am being billed for buying out the handset but the handset was replaced in terms of the CPA. Also noted that I am being charged for usage on the number but that number was accredited with over R200 of airtime when the contract expired. I am being billed for VAS but I did not purchase any. There's also a debit note of an amount of R40 for excessive usage where does these amounts come from? I will be making my final payment of R640. If Virgin mobile believes this amount to less than what I should pay, please inform me so I can start a formal complaint with CPA again regarding all the issues I have had and still have with Virgin mobile.
