Illing not as per advert

I renewed my contract with virgin mobile for a Samsung SIII in mid May,
The advert in store at the Century City read as follows:
R300 per month and you get R200 airtime per, 100 free sms and 300 MB free data per month
When I received my first statement it stated that my bill is >R500
I contacted customer services and on the 13 June to find out as to why is the bill this much,
A lady by the name on Nompumelelo Rorwana told me that the sales person at the store was supposed to inform me that the airtime monthly allowance is R1100,
When I told her that what is billed is not the same as what was advertised, she told me there's nothing they can do about it.
I asked to speak to the manager and she refused, I then requested the reference number for the call and she told me that they no longer give reference numbers for calls.
Issues
1.Only airtime and sms's are loaded at the end of the month, nothing states that you have R200 airtime, 100 sms and 300 MB for the month,
2.The bill gets deducted on the 15th of the month and I requested that the monthly fee must be deducted on the 26th of each month
3.I do not use the phone during the day, so up to 40 hours per week the phone
