Nashua Mobile
Persistent Contract Problems

I upgraded on 1 February 2013 and moved from a blackberry contract to a Samsung S3 mini MTN anytime 200 contract (R289 pm). However, I continue to be charged for items that were not part of this contract. This is the second consecutive month that I have received an incorrect statement and I continue to be charged for 1) a 150 MB apple bundle (even though I do not own an apple phone), 2) BIS (even though I am not on a blackberry contract), and 3) a hardware subsidy (which was not part of the contract). In addition, my MTN data bundle was not loaded, so I continue to be charged for data that should be coming off the data bundle. As a result, my phone was softlocked over the weekend.

I have visited Nashua Mobile Cresta twice and have been in contact with Mpho Sennlo from the accounts department. Yet, over two months later these issues have still not been resolved. I will not be settling outstanding invoices until such errors have been corrected. Nashua Mobile have the audacity to send me sms's threatening legal action, but they cannot take the time to sort out a problem that they created.

What ridiculous service from Nashua Mobile. There are far better service providers out there.
