EXCESSIVE AMOUNT BILLED ON 3G CONTRACT

My 3G data contract with Nashua Moblie was due for upgrading in July 2012 and I upgraded my contract on 9 July 2012.

Up to that stage the data contract cost me R449pm The new contract was only R149pm as data contracts in South Africa became much more affordable at the time.

SInce the update Nashua Mobile billed me both the R449 & the R149 per month. I only realised it this week, as I have several contracts with them.

Nashua Mobile acknowledges the problem and apologised for "any inconvenience caused" but will only credit my account with 6 months x R449 instead of 11 months, as they feel I should have informed them that they are ripping me off.

This doesn't sound right to me - I want a credit for ALL my money they took from my bank account without any authorisation from my side.
