I have an excessive internet/data bill over a two month period. My current monthly payment is at 5000 rand, 5 times my average monthly bill. I have been to visit Steenberg MTN tbree times over the last two weeks to try to find out what to do aboit the irregularity in the bill. Each time I am promised a return call and investigation into the matter. Not once have I been phoned back and the phone at Steenbeeg just rings when I attempt to call. At present I have not papaidy monthly account as I wish to check on the discrepancy before payment. At any moment my phone will be disconnected and this pjone is how I conduct my business operaltions. At the end of my tether. Will go in agaon today but probably to no avail. It will be the foirth visit
