Adding of Once-off Data - Billed for it -not avail

Good Day Vodacom

As at 24th Dec 2013, my std monthly Data Bundle ran out. I went to Vodacom site on 24Dec2013 just after 05h00am & "Activated" a Once-off Mymeg250 @ R59.. My month to date bill went up from R448 to R508 - but data balance checks showed Data availible = ZERO. I then "Deactivated" the Once-off bundle. My month to date bill stayed same @ R508 -.. I called Vodacom Queries to complaint & asked to have it reversed on my billing. Call Ref no S3-T9411-1ZF2G..

At about 10h20 later today i called back to find out on progress. Told me my request was attended to. I then was told to try again to Activate a Once-off Mymeg250 @ R59 as i needed data to use my phone. Same problem again, Billing for month to date went up by R59 to R566 - but again my Data balance shows ZERO.

At present my bill reflects R639 from R448 which no on can explain. After calling again after 11h30, i was transfered to 3 dept to try assist. I hung up as i am tired off waiting!!! Told consultant to leave message for manager to contact me.

So in summary, i have no Data at present but my month to date bill went up by R180 -!!! Credits will be done but i still dont have DATA!!!
