Since i took my contract out with nashua mobile all i had was hassles
My first issue was the fact that i phoned in questinng why my bill was so high and it was due to data charges
The second time i phoned in i was advised that i can load extra data bundells so i did so after complaining 50 times - ( Could have been told this a long time ago)
the third attempt was to block my bill assoon as i go over my data plan
4th. my bill was high again and you stated the the first day in the month also gets billed with the previous month
No im stuck in another predicament that when i sms you to find out what my bill is at current your system doesnt cater for such
I want to find out why when i buy extra data bundles the amount i go over cant be set off against my new data. I know you can
Please advise if i can cancel my contract and how do i go about
