FALSE ADVERTISING & NON-AVAILABILITY OF SERVICE

When I log onto Vodacom's website using my unique log-in credentials I am offered a service that allowes me to "Buy Data Bundles"
When I want to "Buy a Data Bundle" I am told that the selected Data Bundle is ineligible for Credit Card payment and that the amount will be added to my monthly bill.
I am then expected to accept the Terms & Conditions bound to the transaction - Which I then accept, but then get an error message stating that I don't have enough airtime.

What does Airtime have to do with adding the cost to my monthly bill?
Support states that I cant add a bundle to my monthly bill because it's a TopUp contract.
THEN WHY MAKE THE SERVICE AVAILABLE TO ME ON MY PROFILE WHEN YOU KNOW WHAT CONTRACT I HAVE?? This is false advertising and breach of Terms & Conditions I have accpeted. Come to the party Vodacom, stick to your Terms & Conditions of the sale - ADD THE DATA COSTS TO MY MONTHLY BILL AND GIVE ME MY DATA I AM TRYING TO PURCHASE!
