Inefficiency at it's best

On the 16th September 2013 I received an SMS from MTN SP&MTN advising me I had exceeded my monthly limit of R2500, I was shocked because I get R200 free airtime 200 SMS and 200MB monthly I could never even use that up in a month let alone in 3 weeks. Phoned their call centere requested an itemized bill, spoke to Siphelele who advised he had requested I received an itemized bill on the 17th September 2013. Got my statement but it was not an itemized bill therefore still cannot account for the amount being billed by MTN, the call centre agent was unable to tell me why my bill was so high and promised the statement would provide further clarity. This is unacceptable and how can I pay for something that's not accounted for???
