Use it = Normal bill Don't use it = Huge bill

I have 4 Contact's with MTN. With my first one got great service. second 2 was 2x 2GB data lines that i had issues with from the start. just after they fixed the monthly payment then I had a new issue. I always use my data line and never go over the 2 GB a month. Now when I go on holiday over December and don't use it. I get a bill for R900 and normally it is R99. How is that possible? Do you make like the municipality now MTN? Work out a average? I need to open a new contract's now again. and I am thinking twice if I will go back to MTN. Will pay all my contract's up in front and close them
