So, I take out a new data contract for R150/month in July right, and ask for a monthly call limit to be put on. I also sign a document that says an automatic monthly limit gets placed on the account for a 7 month period after commencement of the contract of R2500. In December I get an sms to tell me my monthly bill is R5800! Naturally I phone the call centre and log a call. I then phone to follow up 3 times in January, and log another call. I then get an sms that says quote "the call limit is not 100% accurate" at the end of Jan. So I ofcourse reply to the sms asking what the that means and how is it relevant to my query, with no reply to date, besides another SMS that tells me if I dont pay my account, I will be disconnected. So today I phone again, to be told that the queries I logged have been closed because they have been resolved! So, I had to log another query and start all over again, and no, I cant speak to the person who closed the query cos they dont take calls, and no I cant speak to a manager because they are not available, and no they cant guarantee that I will not be disconnected...! But I must not worry, an email has been sent and someone will phone me!!!
