My monthly fee for my data card is R289 per month. Then now my bill came for R5100. No warning, no calls to say there is some irregular use of data on your contract. Instead they bill me without informing me. I contact them several times and NONE of them come back to me. Instead, they cut my cellphone line after I have paid them on the 21st of August saying non payment when it is their fault. This is the 2nd time they do this. I still haven't replied to any calls after I logged a call to rectify the matter telephonically and via twitter. Last time I phoned them after travelling overseas to request data roaming to be switched off. Yet they charged me for data and still awaiting feedback re query, R5500 later.
