On Saturday 12 /10 i was at Mtn to port my nr from Autopage to MTN. Only to be two days later that it is Autopage fault that the nr cannot be ported. I have complained to Autopage and a miracle happened in that they responded and are really trying to sort this problem out.
The problem with MTN, is that they do not give feedback except from the first few calls. Now it is absolute silence on any phone nr I have of the shop and contact person. Leaving messages is also attempted in vain.

Trying your call centre does not work either as you dont have such an option of contacting the responsible person.

Cannot say you are providing a service as it says in your name MTN Service Provider!!!

MTN, Get your people to sort out this mess, I am already regretting porting to you!
