I moved from my previous isp because mweb trail account delivered good pings.
I signed up for a 6 month contract on 2 MB uncapped.
After 9 days I got throttled to 150 kbs.
However, I never reached high enough download for me to get throttled with my previous isp.
So I contacted mweb to upgrade my account to the unthrottled 2mb uncapped account.
However mweb sales says my contract does not allow it, I must talk to customer service. Customer service says it is not their job, but sales.
How can mweb refuse a customer to upgrade and pay more? - good for YOUR business
In the meantime I am until next month and have to go to another ISP, paying them as well!! Will probably just get throttled again after 9 days in the following month
I understand a contract is binding but it will be for both our benefit if you allow me to upgrade
Or just un throttle me.
