I am paying for the premium account of uncap at Mweb that is suppose to be unthrottled.
However, recently I have noticed a decline in my line speed and when I had a look at the speeds I received and logged onto my mweb account I notice they changed my account to a throttled account. This is not acceptable, as I am paying the higher amount to get unthrottled services.
I think I should change my ISP to avoid all these unnecessary actions of Mweb, as this is not right at all!
