Hello. It was the first time I used this service. Waited under 5 secs for Shafiek to get online. I needed my PUK and it was promptly given to me after a few security questions. And then the also email me the whole chat for my records. This will now be my method of choice for customer support Shafiek was excellent! Regards Mike
