After losing my phone, I have been unable to get through to their so called customer service line to suspend my line. The customer service line has been unreachable every single time I have tried to contact them. I had to phone the head office to redirect me to customer services where I managed to suspend my line and renew my contract with great difficulty. Now, a week later I'm being asked to confirm an incorrect package for delivery, reconfirm the delivery address and I am forced to go through the entire process to renew my contract again and wait another whole week. This is the most tedious sale process I have ever encountered!
