I have had it with Autopage! I have had previous issues with them, but since June 2013 I have had non-stop issues. I'm charged for services I don't receive, I've logged numerous complains/requests, but to no avail. Yet, each month the want their payment, altough I don't get any answers on my credits. This month I told them that I am not going to pay my account, until I get a full recon on my account and the credits that is due. Why must I pay them if they owe me money? Now they want to suspend my line due to non-payment, but to date I have not received any feedback with regards to my account. They told me that they are going to give my - R500 credit (which is still not correct), but nothing was deducted on my last bill. They can suspend my line if they don't get their payment, what can I do? Well, Autopage, suspend my line, take my phone and stuff it! I'm done with you. After almost14 years of having you as my Service Provider, I'm done. I don't think I have had such bad service ever in my life - and it is ongoing. No effort is being made on your side to have my account sorted out. I not your most important customer, but I can surely get better service!!!
