I am struggling to get my suspended line reconnected, I have paid my account on Friday 8 November 2013 already. I used the wrong reference number, I called autopage explained what happend yesturday 11 November 2013 and the lady in customer care told me to just fax through the proof of payment and they will allocate my payment. I asked her if they going to suspend my account and she replied, no. Today 12 November 2013 they suspended my services Each time I am calling every person is telling me a different story! Now with my last phone call the lady tells my It can take up to a week for my payment to be allocated and in the meantime the system will keep on suspending my line. So do I need to wait 'n week for my phone to be reconnected???
