I am highly off by the service I have received from Nashua Mobile. I have been paying them every single month via EFT and with regards to be my contract, I specifically asked that they suspend my line at R200. I was sent an sms to pay R1250 as they suspended my line... I didn't complain then made payment. They tell me the amount owing is R2200 because I made a huge download which I never do. I have an iPhone and I know better than to download something on that phone as it is costly. I paid them their account yesterday and today they suspend my line.

I use this phone for business and nobody gives them the right to block my line. When I speak to Jean, he doesn't seem to give a rats and decides to transfer me to a Gidioth who was helpful but still didn't empathize on why they didn't inform me when my bill reached that high. I have been sending emails and emails for Nashua to contact me but I have heard nothing from them to date. This organization is pathetic and totally unprofessional.

Someone better phone me and tell me exactly what I downloaded. But then again, I know that nobody will contact me.

Next step now is the Ombudsman... Nashua Mobile is useless.
