I have sent 4 e-mails to the customer service account and made 2 phone calls with one simple request: PLEASE provide me with a copy an invoice for a charge on our account statement. At first the INCORRECT invoice was sent. Now my requests to please provide me with the correct invoice are being ignored. This has been happening from 11 November 2013 to date.
What kind of company in today's day and age can't assist with such a humble and simple request? Why do I have to waste 10 minutes of my time to write a complaint about something like this? Why do I have to pay when I receive such incompetent service?
