Since this morning 16/09/2013 I have been having issues logging on to the [URL Removed] website. I tried to reset my password which doesn't work. I need to retrieve my invoices and statements. I called the call center and the gave me the 0831555 number to call. I tried this number and it fails. I can't get through. I called the call center again and they re-directed me. I was then told that the site was down and they don't know when it will be resolved. No where on the website does it state there is an issue. I waste half my morning phoning around just to find out the site is down when a simple message online would have saved me so much of time. Then I was told to phone the accounts guys and get the invoice. I was transferred and waited 20min (on hold) before I cut it and dialed the call center again. Finally through to the accounts department who now want to charge me for the invoice, which is a free service off the website. MTN has displayed one the poorest service I have had. Another thing is the sound quality on their phones for each department is horrible. Its a battle to hear the agent, so much for a giant telecoms provider. I still need my invoice!
