I am not even sure if complaining helps, Vodacom do what they want anyway - it just helps to rid of this incredibly frustrating feeling of uselessness &being exploited! I am upset that Vodacom debits my account on the 7th, but my invoice (which is generated on the 3rd) is only e-mailed to me after! I expect a certain amount to go off &twice now it has been a lot more, while I was still within my free minute time! I get the invoice after they have my money and any queries I then have is a huge riggmaroll to sort out!
The 1st time I queried - I was told that the weekend minutes I thought was included, was only valid to Vodacom numbers, so the others were charged - nice one! I then requested my invoice be sent on the day it is generated & was told it will be sorted.
During the month I try to stay within my minutes, my budget, but lo & behold, they don't include any R balance you may have on the detailed sms you request from *111# - only free minute & sms bal - wonder why... If V is serious about sorting this, I want my invoice on the 3rd & I want ALL balances included when requesting such! Dont get me started about being sent from pillar to post in the call centre!
