My line got cut off due to a problem with my debit order which was causing a lack of payment of my account over a 3 month period. I only realised this was happening after my line had been switched off. I called the call center and spoke to Jade-wynne Thomas who speedily resolved the situation for me and got me back up and running within the hour. He also went one step further and followed up a few days later to check if I had any further problems post reconnection. Great service. Much appreciated
