Firstly Im sorry for complaining but my wor is being influenced at the moment, i bought the new blacberry Q5 a month from a differant dealer because my other bb packed up and the Virgin in Vanderbijlpark closed so my nearest is Alberton, so now at the moment Virgin just tells me they are not sapporting the Blackberry Q5 soooo no mms, noo bbm chat, noooo wats app, i cant even send a buseniss card, and to top it all of I am struggeling to get and receive calls (well my phone is useless now) it just tells me no network available or network coverage, I have spoken to numerus call centre agents and non of the sayings are the same, for now i understand they don't sapport bb Q5 but what makes me sooooo angry is that I am not getting my calls, Im an Estate Agent and my phone is my work!!! Please help!!!
