I had ordered a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE on 8 August over the phone and that I could expect delivery by the 14th, the service there was super and lightening quick (A credit to Hendrik) but since signing off on the contract I've heard nothing.
Apparently confirmations needs to contact me with regards to the delivery and so far I have received NO feedback at all, in fact the only way I've gotten any information on the progress of my delivery is by calling in. No emails, no sms, no calls. I've been left in the dark and am left sitting here still without a tablet. If this continues I will cancel and go with another provider.
Vodacom has been great in the past but this is a big letdown.
