I have been using my phone for 6 months and suddenly Virgin mobile decided to cut me off from the network. I am no longer able to make or receive calls or send and receive a sms, basically if I'm not in an area with wifi my phone is just a watch! I'm on the phone with staff members, I have visited the shop twice only to walk away unsatisfied AGAIN! They are just never able to fix the problem that they are responsible for! This is unacceptable! I will never ever recommend Virgin Mobile! NEVER!
