My previous problem was resolved within 3 days and I want to thank Marisa Smith for good communication.
They did not comment on the 8 calls required to get attention nor the cost thereof. In one of the calls I specifically asked to activate roaming. I find myself today in a foreign country without service most likely due to roaming issues.
Although I indicate this as a compliment I still think the general service is poor - not what I was used to over the last 10 years as loyal customer.
