Disappointing Service

My husband's mom passed away recently and he has been managing / concluding her estate. He communicated with Vodacom regarding her death and the possible transfer of her account, and airtime balance in the region of approximately R600, to his father. Of particular importance to him, was the need to retain his dead mother's voicemail or have it transferred to another device / recorded, just to be able to hear her voice again. Unfortunately, it seems now that someone at Vodacom has simply taken it upon themselves to cancel the account, without any notification whatsoever. There is now a dead tone in place of the voicemail and the airtime balance is missing. 'Gia Molefe' and 'Nkolokulu' were two Vodacom employees also involved in the communication - neither of whom provided any useful assistance. Noone from Vodacom has communicated with my husband to advise him i.t.o. his options with the account, the voicemail and airtime are now missing - and the account has been debited R800 for service fees? Seriously, people! What is going on with Vodacom? There are good people out there looking for work and if you can't do your jobs, give it to someone who can! Move along!
