I'm deeply disgusted by Cell C for dragging my name into the MUD. I was a staff member in 2007-2008. I took out a staff contract which I was paying when I was still staff. Due to unforeseen circumstances I was forced to resign. Cell C went ahead to cancel the Med-Aid, but they don't cancel the staff cellphone contract I took out. it's very unpleasant to get a call from some person named Sizakele, who is from a company that assist people with paying their accounts. I feel very disappointed with them because I was paying the staff discount, but when you no longer staff, the contract is in your own capacity. That contract is null in-void as it means that it will change. It's not the same contract as I took out when I was staff. WHY WAS IS NOT CANCELLED??? you guys are quick to put people's name in the mud, but you don't even have the decency to call the person 2 c if they want to continue with the contract as it's changed. I will take this matter up should my bond application be declined because of CellC and their incompetency.
