I took my BlackBerry Bold 9900 in on 20 may. I was told that the proses no longer takes 6 weeks and i would know whats happening within 10-12 working days. I went in after a week and was told that the phone can not be fixed and that they are waiting for stock. Waited for another week and phoned in to the centre. After several attempts they answered. Where a " helper " for the day answered and said that she will check and get back to me. She took my number and never got back to me on the process of the phone. Its been three days now since i called and still waiting to be called back. This helper so stated that it takes 4-6 weeks for the phone. Im very disappointed in the service. That i was told it wouldn't take 4-6 weeks. But then when phoned in and not getting back to me? Im very upset with this.
