I have never had such bad service and respose as I have had with mtn. I had a fault with my phone which I took in to the Fourways mall branch, from there is was sent to have a warranty check which I was told would take 10 to 14 working days. After a month of not hearing anything from mtn I went back to the branch to find out what was happening, only to be told my phone was approved for replacement 2 weeks ago but no one had contacted me. I then got told they had no stock of my phone so they would have to call other branches which would take 2 days its been a week now and I have come to my limit of waiting. I have called the branch a number of times just to not be answered. This service is terrible, never have I experienced a company to have such little care for their customers
