About three months with out phone

Hi there

I did take my BlackBerry 9360 in for repairs on the speaker at the Menlyn Branch, after six weeks got my phone back just find my phones microphone is not working, sent it back to get sorted, so then I asked if I'm gona sit without my phone for another six weeks due to they my phone, the branch told me that it all depends on the repair centre. After a week or so got my phone back, just to find out that the mic is still not working. I phoned the branch regarding this and the consultant told me to report it and claim a new one from the insurance, so I phoned Autopage's insurance dep to report this and then told me to book back in at the branch and tell them to sent it direct to the insurance dep for replacement, two weeks after taking it back to the branch, i phoned the insurance dep just to find out that my phone still not even been sent from the branch, laid a complaint on their web site due to no one wants to assist me at the insurance dep. That was last week, got email from them this week saying that they will contact me and I'm still waiting!

What more needs to be done to get service?
