Urgent!!! I need assistance please - for the last 4 month's I pay for I phone - witch I do not have or sign for. But by my surprise the Nashua Mobile Branch in Lephalale did. I did went in to the Branch and the guy who assisted me - and said that he is the manager - (o my WORD!!!) what i same said that the did not received anything - he said that I can call who ever I want - bring who ever I want. I do not care... So I called customer care the lady by the name of Benita assist - till today - still no feedback from her. So on this wonderful Saturday Morning I call the customer care Centre again where the guy by the Name of Jaime help me - Please give him a promotion - he is the only one who did assist... He confirm that the branch at Lephalale did received my phone and that the GUY/Lady by the name of Mahisa did sign for it, with the Brande stamp on there. After I have being there for how may time's they siad that they did not received my phone... My Question is were is my Phone - and who is going to refind me for the last 4 debit order that went off.. I want my phone before colse of bussniss today and feedback... Please see this matter as Urgent
