I ordered an iPhone 5 through Naushua mobile on a Cell C package. Its been 4 and a half weeks and i still have no phone. (It is actually 5 and a half weeks because i still had to go back and redo the forms, but at the time i did not mind).
I was told at first i would have the phone in 4-5 days, 2 weeks later i went there, then a man there told me "no your phone is at the ware house and should be here this week". A week and a half later i go back then the lady (dealing with me the initially) said they have no stock, and she does not know when they will have stock. During this time i inquired the same thing with, Nashua support on twitter. They asked me for my number, so that they could phone me and help, and they still haven't phoned me back.
I ordered the phone as my blackberry has been giving me issues. It now doesn't work (the blackberry) and i haven't got it fixed because I've been waiting for my iPhone. So now i'm phone-less and frustrated. I don't like to complain, and i feel I've been quite patient and kind, but you can only take so much.
