ON THE 13TH OF MARCH, I WENT TO THE ABOVE MENTIONED BRANCH FOR AN UPGRADE ON MY PHONE. I GOT THE NEW BLACKBERRY BOLD 9900 AND WAS INFORMED THAT SHOULD THERE BE A PROBLEM WITH THE PHONE WITHIN 7 DAYS, I WOULD GET A NEW PHONE. 6 DAYS LATER, TOOK THE PHONE BACK BECAUSE THE VOLUME BUTTONS WERE NOT FUNCTIONAL. TO MY DISMAY L WAS NOT GIVEN A NEW PHONE BUT WAS TOLD TO WAIT 4 DAYS AND THAT THEY WOULD PHONE LATEST BY MONDAY 26TH LATEST. THEY DID NOT ATTEMPT TO CONTACT ME AND WHEN I PHONED, I WAS TOLD THEY WERE STILL WAITING FOR STOCK AND THAT I CAN REVERSE THE DEAL IF I WANT TO. I HAVE BEEN SITTING FOR MORE THAN A WEEK WITH A PHONE FROM THE STONE AGES AND MEANWHILE COME MONTH-END I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE NEW PHONE- SO NOT ON!
