I sent back my daughters phone for repairs in October and three weeks later had to phone the company to find out whats happening. I was then told as soon as a technition had a look at it I will be contacted. Two weeks later I again had to phone to find out the story. I was then faxed a claim form which I had to fill in and pay access on 15/11/12 which I did. A month later I phoned again to find out whats happening only to be told my claim has not been received the date15/12/12.Again I faxed through the requested documents. Days later I phoned to find out if it was received to be told that a new phone will be sent to me and should be received by 21/12/12.Two weeks ago I phoned again to betold that it was sent but I was not available which is as I have been waiting for it. Again I was told I should receive it by 26/01/13 and guess what still now phone. I phoned them again today only to be told it will be sent and that a manager will contact me before day end. I am no longer interested in the phone as I have been paying for a phone I havent been using. I no longer want the phone and feel like billing Fonechoice for all the phonecalls I had to make. Trust me your customer service
