On the 10 of feb 2013 I changed my postal address for my account to be delivered to at the mtn shop in galleria and received an sms to say my details were changed. I never receiced my account for 3 months at my new address. I then phoned the call centre on 13 may and changed my bill to be delivered by e mail and asked them to e mail me my previous 3 months bills which I still never received, I then phoned back on the 17 may and was told the call centre agent had spelt my e mail address wrong which was then changed and I was told I would receive my bills within 24 hours which I have still not received. I think this is poor service and am disgusted with mtn as I have still not received my bill up until today 4 june 2013
