2 weeks ago I called the call centre and asked for the delivery address for an order that was placed to be changed! I was advised that it has been changed and that my delivery will be made to the new address. Today I received a call saying my parcel has been delivered but it was delivered to the old address! Now I have to go out of my area to fetch my parcel due to your incompetence!!! This is unacceptable!!! What is the point of having the option to change a delivery address if the request is not adhered to!!
